Entry for the first round of #EmoteOCs emote OC pageant 
Decided to focus this contest on Ty as he got much less attention than Taily till now
Failed entry as I'm no good at making big emotes...

Ty is a little blue tard with a party hat. He likes partying (obvious), sugar and candy, annoying Taily, balloons, playing games, and ruining Taily's experiments (he's a mad scientist now... shh.
). Taily always get mad at the stupid things Ty does, because they usually involves Taily getting hurt
